Product Description:

HXGN15A-12ZF(R) AC metal enclosed switchgear made for transformation and construction of urban power grid. In the power supply system, it also can be used to break load switch and short-circuit current and to close the short-circuit current.

This product uses vacuum load switch and spring operating mechanism. It can be operated by manual or electrical. The earthing switch and disconnector equips hand operating mechanism. This products is highly scalable, small size and no fire and explosion hazard.

Product Application:

It suits for power distribution system of AC 10kV, 50Hz, which is wide used for urban power grid construction and renovation projects, industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings and public facilities, etc. As a ring main power supply unit and terminal equipment, it plays the role of power distribution, control and protection of electrical equipment. Ring Network Power Supply Principle:

  • The ring network power supply is generally composed of three basic units (see the figure below). The incoming and outgoing line cabinets are used as the ring network unit. When any line fails, it can be isolated in time, and another unit ensures continuous power supply for the user’s transformer branch. The loop ring network cabinet plays the role of protection and isolation for the transformer, which is convenient for maintenance and repair.
  • The ring network cabinet can be extended arbitrarily, and various combination schemes can be formed from basic units according to user requirements.

Product Structure Description:

  • The shell of the ring main unit is composed of basic skeleton, top plate, panel and side plate to form a closed structure. The top of the ring network cabinet is the busbar room, and the front of the busbar room is the instrument room. The two rooms are separated by steel plates.   • Inlet cabinet scheme: one FZ(R)N21-12D three-position vacuum load switch is installed in the cabinet, and CT.PT can also be flexibly installed in the cabinet. The main circuit is controlled by a FZ(R)N21-12D vacuum load switch equipped with an isolating knife and a grounding knife, which can respectively achieve busbar connection, isolation, and grounding workstations.
  • Outlet cabinet scheme: a FZ(R)N21-12D three-position vacuum load switch and a fuse with an impactor are installed in the cabinet, and CT, PT and ZNO arresters can be flexibly installed in the cabinet, so that Eliminate metering cabinets. “Five defenses” locking function.
  • Power transmission operation: Only when the cabinet door is closed and locked, and the grounding switch is operated to the “open” position, can the load switch be operated to the closing position.
  • Power-off operation: When the load switch is in the isolation position, the grounding switch can be closed; when the grounding switch is in the closing position, the cabinet door can only be opened after inserting the insulating partition in place.
  • There is a reliable interlock between the vacuum interrupter and the isolating knife, and the isolating knife and the grounding knife are interlocked with each other and interlocked with the cabinet door, and the insulating partition is also interlocked with the cabinet door.
